About the shoot
Q
What is the delivery time?
A
Data: about 1 to 1.5 months
Movie: about 1.5 to 2 months
Album: about 2 months after photo selection
Welcome board: about 1 month after photo selection
We can also provide an optional service if you are in a hurry.
*In case of international shipping, the above schedule plus 10 to 15 additional months will be required.
Q
Is travel time included in the shooting time?
A
Travel time between the preparation location and the shooting location (up to 30 minutes) is not included, but travel time between shooting spots is included.
If the shooting spots are far apart, the shooting time may be shorter.
If an extension is necessary, we will consult with you and make a proposal.
An extension of 30 minutes will cost 16,500 yen. If you apply for a movie, an additional extension fee will be charged.
Q
Can I bring props for photography?
A
Of course you can. Please feel free to bring along any mementos you may have.
The general rule of thumb is to bring a maximum of three carryable items.
If you have fresh flower bouquets or accessories to pick up on the day of the shoot, please have them ready before starting preparations.
Q
Can I bring my children?
A
It is possible to take photos with your child.
For pre-wedding photos, we do not have a space for your child to wait while you get ready, so if possible, we ask that a family member or friend accompany your child to the photo location. If this is difficult, it is fine for you to have them accompany you.

Can family and friends come to visit?
A
Your family and friends are welcome to join you in the viewing.
There is no space for you to wait while we prepare, so please gather once filming has begun.
About costumes/hair and makeup
Q
What should I bring on the day?
A
Bride: Nubra, bridal undergarments (if necessary), stockings (if necessary), heels for shooting, comfortable walking shoes for transportation (sneakers, etc.)
Groom: Under T-shirt, socks (white or black), leather shoes
※Hair and makeup will be done first, so please come in front-opening clothes.

Is it okay to go without makeup on the day of the shoot?
A
If makeup is included in your plan, please come without makeup on the day.
If you are concerned about ultraviolet rays, you may wear sunscreen and makeup base.
If you have sensitive skin and would like to use cosmetics, please bring your own makeup kit.
Q
Should I not wear hair oil or hair milk on the day of the shoot?
A
If your plan includes a hair set, please come without styling.
It's fine to use oil or hair milk.
Please refrain from using wax, gel, spray, etc.
About options
Q
What is the difference between reflection and over-reflection?
A
Reflection is a photo where the background is inverted for each person.
Overreflection is a photo where the person is in the center and only the background is inverted.
Q
Can I choose the photos to edit Reflection/Overreflection on?
A
Because reflection and over-reflection are related to the angle of view at the time of shooting, you cannot choose the photo to be corrected. However, you can specify the shooting location, so please let us know if you have a preference.
About the video
Q
Can I choose the music for the video?
A
You can choose from a list of songs that we have licensed.
If you would like to create a song using your favorite music, please send us the audio data in MP3 or WAV format.
Regarding customers coming from overseas
Q
I'm worried about the language, will that be okay?
A
We will arrange for English-speaking staff to be present on the day of the shoot.
If you would like an interpreter in Chinese or another language, please let us know and we will check whether this is possible.
Q
I'm worried about the size of the costume. Will it be okay?
A
We will ask you about your size in advance and allow you to choose from the costumes we have available on the day.
You will have 90 minutes to try on the costumes. You can try on as many as you like within that time.
If it is difficult for us to prepare the costume, we will have to order it or bring it in for the shoot.
For ordered costumes, please let us know at least one month before the photo shoot if there is a significant change in your size before the photo shoot.
Please note that ordered costumes cannot be changed on the day.

What happens if it rains?
A
We will do our best to make adjustments during your stay in Japan, but if this is difficult, we will ask you to switch to a studio shoot.
If it's raining lightly, you can take photos in a location where you can take shelter from the rain, but please note that the number of places where you can take photos is limited.
Q
Can albums and boards be shipped overseas?
A
Overseas shipping is also possible. Shipping costs are 3,300 yen for Asia and 5,500 yen for other areas. It will take about 2 and a half months for delivery.
Q
How do I receive the data?
A
The files will be uploaded and delivered via a dedicated URL.
We will send them to the email address or LINE address you provided when you made your inquiry, so you can receive them even after you return home.
Q
Please tell me how to make a reservation
A
Once you have decided on a shooting date and plan
We will send you a quotation.
After confirming the details, your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment of half of the shooting fee.
Please transfer the amount to the designated account within one week after we receive your application.
The balance of the fee must be transferred at least one month prior to the shooting date.
